Is it time to get your CDL renewed? In order to maintain your commercial driver’s license, the Department of Transportation (DOT) requires regular physicals.

ZenCare Family Wellness Center offers a complete medical exam and insures all documented reports are completed in accordance with the Department of Transportation requirements.
